Built in 1939, this 1,891 sq ft building operated as the KDSJ radio station for decades before sitting vacant and suffering significant water damage. Full Curl Construction stepped in as the general contractor to lead a complete renovation—preserving the building’s historic character while delivering a modern layout and elevated finishes. Now home to Black Pine Real Estate, “The Station” reflects the perfect blend of legacy and new life.
