Previously a retail space, Full Curl remodelled the front space to build out 9 private office spaces. This included demo of the preexisting structure and managing all the necessary subcontractors for new HVAC, a sprinkler system, new electrical, drywall, flooring and other necessary finishes, as well as coordinating with the City of Spearfish at ensure the spaces met all current code requirements and ADA compliance requirements.
During 2021, Full Curl Construction completed a large commercial remodel project. This handicap accessible commercial space is in a highly trafficked Spearfish location with interstate visibility just off Exit 14.
Previously a shell of a building that was used for lumber storage, Full Cul reinforced the structure, poured a new concrete floor, dug up the asphalt to connect to the water and sewer mains. Then began work with the City of Spearfish and all necessary subcontractors to build out 5 "flex" spaces: 2000 sqft shop space with ADA compliant restrooms, a front office and separately metered utilities. A unique feature of this project is the hand framed peaks above each garage door.
Previously an open lean-to used for lumber storage, Full Curl built out 18 storage units, which included pouring new concrete floors, pouring a v pan in front of the units for proper drainage, framing out the units and working with the garage door supplier for order and install.
