- Full commercial remodel of 2,880 sq ft main building + 2,500 sq ft outbuilding
- Demolished existing shed and foundation; regraded and patched asphalt lot
- Extended kitchen, removed/added walls, and enclosed windows
- Custom concrete countertops for exterior bar
- Built and installed custom handrails, bar, and gazebo support posts
- Wrapped entire outbuilding in metal from South Texas
- Hung signage, motorcycles, and interior décor
- Installed large sunshade structure and banner in parking lot
- Worked closely with the City of Sturgis to expedite permits and inspections

Tasked with transforming the former A&B Pizza building into the next Gas Monkey Garage Bar & Grill, our team was brought in with just 30 days until the scheduled opening. From parking lot prep to custom metalwork and full interior construction, we brought the client’s vision to life—without plans, and under a tight deadline.
